Wanted to wait a bit before I gave a review.
Paid for expedited shipping and handling and for the priority order. Still took almost 3 weeks to get to me with limited tracking and info. The app(s) are difficult to work and I wish the band had a little better finish but I really like what I got. Maybe a little expensive for what it is but overall - it looks good.

A great looking bracelet
The case looks and feels great on my wrist. The stainless steel bracelet is bright and expressive looking. Oddly enough the bracelet feels a bit rough to the touch but is very comfortable on my wrist. My only issue is the lack of elegant looking watch faces. I wanted to get the one in the advertisement but it’s not on the recommended app. Also because of the size of the watch I am finding it difficult to charge it with my existing chargers, I have several different types. However, do I recommend this strap, absolutely

Limited designs….
Only 1 design. Watch faces are not simple to add…..confusing every time. And thought I saw “500” advertised but far fewer made available.

Had an issue with the correct credit…
Had an issue with the correct credit card (my fault) that being said communication with your staff was taking 2-4 days. While Claire was great the delays were very frustrating and even with express service I received it after the event I wanted it for. Scott

Fantastic fit and finish
Let’s start with the part that I didn’t like, the shipping time etc and tracking was abit of a struggle, once it arrived I then had to email a couple of times to get access to the luxury watch faces. Let’s go to the great positive parts. First and foremost I think it’s important to always recognize and appreciate a business that ensures any issues are corrected and the customer is happy. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase, it is very well built and I receive many compliments on the appearance. The Mod Project is to commended for ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained. I highly recommend The Mod Projects and am very happy with the products fit and finish.

The Mod Watch is great!
Overall I am extremely pleased with the product and service. There has been a delay in getting the watch faces to work on my product as represented.

Great product however custom faces are to much work
Great product. The custom watch faces however can only be shown for 1 hr max at a time as they aren’t iPhone faces

Great product
Great product, shipment got lost for a bit but things happen and customer service was ON IT...Fixed the issue and arrived promptly. Great look & feel. Watch bands run rather large in lenth...Wish the additional straps had choice of deployment clasp. Would still highly recomend.
