The shipping time was ridiculous. Instead of 5-7 days, it took two weeks. The tool provided to remove the pins for wrist adjustment is flimsy and doesn’t work. The pins get stuck halfway and there is no way to get them back in fully (the flimsy tool doesn’t help putting the pins back in). I emailed customer service and they have not responded. They seem to respond to every negative review here so perhaps I will receive a response and a resolution (full refund).

Regarding shipping, our website explains that orders require 24–48 hours for fulfillment, after which customers can choose between Standard and Expedited Shipping. While expedited shipping is typically much faster, delays can occasionally occur with the courier. Whenever the expedited service doesn’t perform to the standard we expect, we refund the shipping upgrade cost. Regarding the sizing tool, that certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have. Claire and our support team are always happy to help with installation, provide tutorials, or even send replacement tools free of charge if needed.
