Hi Erick, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you’re loving the case and that you’re already planning to add a stainless steel version to your collection. Regarding the watch faces, it sounds like a setting may be preventing them from working as intended. With the correct configuration and by following our setup tutorial, the faces can remain active for hours and refresh naturally when you raise or tap your wrist. Our support team would be more than happy to guide you through the setup and make sure you’re getting the full experience. Thank you again for your support, we’re delighted to hear the case exceeded your expectations. The Mod Projects Team

Hi Brad, we’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet your expectations. The installation itself takes around 30 seconds once the bracelet has been sized, but resizing the bracelet may require a few extra minutes depending on your wrist size. We understand this could have been clearer. Regarding your return, our 90-day money-back guarantee remains fully in place. Before authorizing a return, we ask customers to provide a few photos of the product and its contents. This is a standard part of our return process, allowing us to verify the item’s condition and ensure we provide the correct return instructions. It is not intended to prevent or delay legitimate returns. If your case is still unresolved, please contact us again at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help finalize your return. The Mod Projects Team
