Aside from recommending a crappy chair. Everything else was good. Got a replacement and still having the same issues with the error code and noise. Still waiting for the technician out here to figure out what the solution will be.

Outstanding product, sales, and delivery = great experience! Dan was really great to work with in the showroom and made this the easiest ‘yes’..ever. Charles and James were punctual, personable, polite, and professional. White Glove service indeed! They set up, cleaned up, and answered all of my questions. They clearly enjoy their work, and it shows. The chair...rounds out an awesome experience and I highly recommend Dan, Charles, and James as they made me one happy Modern Back customer.

The Titan Jupiter Pro XL I ordered from their sale, wasn't actually in stock at the time of the sale and I was told it would be around a 4 month wait... (8 weeks turned into 8 more), So I will have to wait for the next sale and verify its actually in stock before buying next time. I'm dissapointed but things happen.

Since we had the white glove service, which Covid-19 has completely changed the service. Although we had to wait an extra 7-10 days for delivery and set up of our chair, everyone at Modern Back were extremely helpful.

This chair has been amazing. Every function that we've used has brought us an additional level of comfort. The material is well made and looks great. My one regret is not pulling the trigger to buy this sooner. Customer service gave me great help in help in giving me suggestions for choices in my desired price range as well. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I will definitely continue to share my blessings.

The white glove delivery people scratched the arm rests on the chair as they brought it into the house. Modern Back sent new arm rests and everything is perfect!! Thank you. Very satisfied.
