Keith and I continue to enjoy the Daiwa Hubble. We learned how to customize settings using the Manual menu options to target specific points and it's wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about this chair as well as the attentive service we received when we visited the store (twice) before making the purchase. Thanks again! Jan & Keith

I had help from the very beginning of my experience. My sales person was kind and offered helpful advice in selecting the best chair for me. Today my chair arrived and the transporters were professional and carried my boxes into the house. The directions were easy to read and my helper did not have difficulty putting it together. Most of all, I am so pleased with the product. I am certain that this will help my circulation. I couldn't be happier and feel grateful that I have something that will provide me with such general health benefits.

Love my new chair. I use it every w!!

They’re so friendly and accommodating! My mom loves her gift.

Great chair. Greater service Colin was very helpful and responsive as my previous orders were not available so they provided great service and an upgrade. I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to providing top notch customer service.

Received first class service from the Modern Back. The chair arrived in excellent condition and we were given the white glove treatment. The family has been using the chair around the clock and it is remarkable. This chair can adjust to take care of every shape and size of person - tall and small. The air bags are everywhere, and they alone, can do a remarkable job on your body. But there is so much more with heat on the back, vibration on your rear end, and adjustable rollers that take care of your back and feet. Just love it!

My experience was great from the time I walked in the door. A very nice young man with a great personality greeted us and gave us a tour of his showroom and allowed us to test all the chairs on the floor at our leisure without any pressure to purchase. We have selected a chair that works for us and had it delivered within approx a week and a half. We love our chair and the rest is history. I would highly recommend the Modern Back and Dan Nissan.

I had a great experience shopping at the Modern Back. Although the item appeared to be in stock when I placed the order back in mid October, it was out of stock at the manufacturer. I didn’t end up getting the chair delivered until December but Tom and Colin were always very quick to respond to my inquiries on the status of this order. I would definitely shop here again. As to the chair I ordered, I just unboxed it, and it looks to be very high quality. I can’t wait to try using it!
