Service was uncoordinated. Received calls for wrong deliveries. Company estimates for waiting time was much longer than initially relayed. Item ordered on the 25th...and still have not received as of 16th of following month.

EXCELLENT JOB, SET UP WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I recently purchased a massage chair from The Modern Back store. They had many different models on display. More than most other stores that I visited. Dan (salesman) was very helpful and patient as I tried out many different models until I found the one that was right for me. He made the process very easy. I have been extremely pleased with my purchase. The delivery and set-up service that they use is also exceptional. They kept us informed about the dates the massage chair would be shipped, received, and delivered. They assembled the chair, made sure it worked correctly, went over the operation of the chair, and hauled away all the packaging. I am very pleased with the entire process.

Amazing company, sales, and service. Everyone was professional and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend them as a local business. I will also return for future purchases.
