Store owner got involved when chair company lost chair I bought and helped me get a better chair for a great price

We were in search of a massage chair after returning a Kahuna chair directly from their website that wasn’t bad, it just didn’t meet our needs. I spoke with Dan over the phone and he was great to deal with. We spoke about what we needed and he helped me narrow down my choices to finally pick the Osaki Pro Maestro LE. We received the chair and it’s fantastic and we are very pleased. Dan reached out to make sure that we received the chair and cement my opinion that the Modern Back team has great customer service. I will just skip all the front stage, i had an issue of a minor setback with the chair, between modern back and osaki titan, they work together to appease me and to have a great client relationship, i was due to have someone call me in febuary, but fast response time was set for between 1 and 3 pm wed. The 27th of Jan. The tech called and say he will be there about 11 am. That was fast, everything is all good now and thanks to the crew who makes it work. They are very busy, so you have to make sure you keep calling, but after everthing is in motion, it goes like clock work, you could actully call the four star a five star,butbthere is room for improvement, hopefully next time it will be a litteral five star.

I ordered Oskai Admiral chair for my mom as a Xmas gift. They offered very good advice on choosing which model since I am the first time buyer. They also offer very competitive price than Costco. At first I was a bit worried about the reliability of the store and the delivery. I am not sure if it was the Xmas season, the package came in a bit later than I expected. Owner Colin/Dan helped me to make some inquiry. Then it came. Both my mom and I love the chair. It is very easy to use and comfortable. The white glove team was also nice. I highly recommend this store and white glove delivery.

I am very satisfied with the sales process, delivery, assembly, and function. I called to check on a couple of matters (to press the top part of the foot rest to get your leg length assesment accurate, and to simply add a blanket between you and the chair to soften the massage) were answered promptly and effectively. When the first chair I ordered got lost in shipping, Modern Back helped find me a better chair with similar functions. The owner got involved and worked with me and made some pricing adjustments in my favor because of the frustrations with the first chair. The chair I received is the Ogawa active L, and it is a wonderful chair.
