I ordered a gift in August 2023. Called customer service within hours to make sure my name was added as the sender. I find out in December that recipient did not know who sent them the gift. Customer service bad.

Ho ordinato un bellissimo regalo 🎁 e scelto perché dal sito sembra molto carino perfetto e di lusso, ma in realtà non è proprio così il pacco non è arrivato ma la delusione è stata il loro disinteresse verso il cliente. Grandi disagi per cercare di comunicare, perdita di tempo e soprattutto ad un prezzo troppo alto. Il negozio era di Los Angeles

They’re scammers. I ordered well in advance they cancelled both orders and blaming me for cancellation when they are at fault. They’re not sending my money back either or making excuses like it will be processed. Terrible customer service and they take no accountability and blame the courier rather than owing up themselves. Will never order from them again and do not recommend anyone else to either.

Ordered from them 2 times (should have learned my lesson after the 1st time). Each time was well in advance of my need. Put in a requested due date and they missed both times. Contacted their customer service and each time they blame UPS. Why don't you ship sooner? If it's important don't count on The Million Roses

My order turned up dirty, squashed and smashed. Packing is terrible for what you pay, Amateur and unprofessional customer service that won’t give me my money back. I do no trust this company at all. Quality of the product not worth or even if it arrived in the correct condition. Will be claiming my money back through my credit card and posting this true experience for the world to see. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had a problem with an order I did almost a month ago which never arrived even tho i bought the insurance for the package. In this month i never received help by costumer service which wasnt replying me ether from emails, whatsapp or even instagram. I would suggest to avoid this company and try someone else. Just a wasted of money and time
