I order a watch online and was suspicious because the price as so low and delivery took longer than I expected but the watch showed up and was new, in the original packaging, and verified as authentic by the official manufacturer.

Love my new glasses! I was supposed to receive this package Monday but they got here FRIDAY 3 days earlier. Very satisfied with my order.

If you want to actually receive the product you ordered, avoid this retailer. Their “10 business day processing” claim is completely misleading — my order has been pending for almost three weeks with no shipping update. The company has stopped responding to emails and phone calls, which is unacceptable customer service. If you still decide to take the risk, make sure you pay through PayPal so you can easily open a dispute and protect your money.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for an order, and we want to clarify a few important points. Our processing timeframe is clearly stated as up to 10 business days, which does not include weekends or holidays. In this case, the order is still within that stated processing window. Additionally, no funds are captured at the time of purchase. Payments are only authorized initially and are charged one business day prior to shipment. Until then, no money has been taken from the customer. We have not stopped responding; our team is actively handling a high volume of inquiries and responding in the order received. We always encourage customers to reach out directly if they need an update, and we are happy to assist. We take customer trust seriously and categorically reject any suggestion of fraudulent behavior. If you have further questions regarding your order, please contact our support team directly so we can assist you promptly.

Ordered two watches as a gift and one shipped out the next day but the second did not ship. I did not receive any communication from TLD and I had to email them to see when my second item would ship. They did not respond to my first email and I had to email a second time to finally get a response. Would not order from them again.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. In cases where an item is delayed due to a manufacturer defect or inventory issue, we include a printed notice in the shipment box and also send an email notification to keep customers informed. If that message was missed, customers are always welcome to call us or use our live chat, where a representative can assist in real time. In this case, we can confirm that the second watch was not shipped due to a quality issue and was fully refunded. Our priority is to ensure that only items meeting our standards are delivered to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience or delay in communication and appreciate your understanding.

Terrible customer service/delivery time. The business makes you believe they have the item in stock. They charge your card immediately, way before mailing the order. They also make you believe if you pay for shipping you get your order very quickly. All of it is a lie. When you complain to them, they say they have it written in their policy. I received only one of the frames I ordered, ten days after I placed the order, it also took 2 phones call, one email to let me know that the other frame would be mailed some time this week, meaning it would take 20days for the other frame to arrive. I canceled that order and never again i will do business with this company.

We do not charge customers immediately. At checkout, the payment is authorized only, and funds are captured one business day prior to shipment. This is standard payment processing practice and is visible on most card statements. Our shipping options apply after an item ships and do not override the clearly stated processing timeframe, which is outlined in our policies prior to purchase. Processing times may vary if items ship from different locations or if one item becomes unavailable due to quality control issues. In this order, one item shipped promptly, and the second was delayed. Once you requested cancellation, the remaining item was cancelled and refunded accordingly. We understand the frustration delays can cause and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. We remain committed to transparency, quality control, and fair billing practices.

I really liked the watch that I purchased. The quality is great and the product meets my expectation. I would recommend others to buy watches from here.
