While I loved the little camera I purchased, it came a little late for me to give it as a gift. When I tried to return the camera, I found that the return postage was going to be almost the cost of the camera. Customer service was quick to help me with this issue and I appreciate what they did for me.

Company pretends to be an Australian one and naturally you expect to pay in AUD. However they charge in US dollars - but there is NO WAY to know this until you see the inflated number in your credit card statement. At no stage is any currency denomination shown, just the Australian name and address at the bottom: The Little Learners Toys 246 Miller Rd, Villawood NSW 2163 Australia It is either incompetence or deliberate - you decide. The delivery times are also nonsense, expect 3x while it makes its way from China.

I did not like that the company were not clear that their pricing is USD especially when their website lists an Australian address. They were very responsive when I complained about this and very good at offering me three options to resolve my complaint. The product received is of good quality, does as discribed and easy to use.

I believe I’ve been scammed, will find out if my items return.The packaging is embarrassing, not sure if it works just some markers and spoons.Very disappointed for the amount of money spent.No reply yet from customer service but an automated reply.

Haven’t received the product yet - I was under the impression that this was supplied from an Australian warehouse and hoping it would arrive by Christmas. However, unfortunately it appears it is being shipped from abroad which is a bit disappointing. I chose to purchase the product through this website because it is Australian.
