Follow-up: Still not worth the frustration
To be fair, I have an update from my review of three days ago: I finally received the jewelry kit I had ordered literally TWO MONTHS ago. In the interim, the company did not offer any specific tracking system to follow the shipping progression. Probably because they used SpeedX IGD who "ships merchandise originating from low-cost online marketplaces" and "employs gig-economy drivers and regional sorting facilities rather than standard legacy carrier fleets." International retailers like Shein, Temu, Walmart, and TikTok Shop use SpeedX IGD. While the origin of this package is unknown, the airport identifiers labled on the outside of the package account its flights from SDX (Sedona, Arizona), to JFK, to EWR (Newark) to MDT (Harrisburg). The kit is much smaller than I had expected; however there is a variety of charms for 6 (included) strands for 3 necklaces and 3 bracelets. The 2-month unknown wait, the frustration from the unpredictability of answers to emails and phone calls, and the size of the kit were not worth the $44 cost.
