One happy 4 year old - my Grandson easily mastered how to use the camera taking photo's of family and the environment and is quickly learning about composition from his Mum who is a keen photographer.......say seaweed :) Great experience shopping with Little Learners

The great experience had with Little Learners Toys was from their quick response to my concern about an order I had sent to my daughter in another state. They immediately checked their supply chain and when I found that there was no problem and all had arrived as ordered I let them know. Little Learners Toys replied promptly with a message saying how happy they were all was resolved. Thank you Little Learners Toys!

I have purchased several different educational toys for my grandsons and have been very happy with the uniqueness and quality if everything. They have loved them also and they were interested in playing with them far beyond the initial excitement of a new toy period. I will definitely keep purchasing through this company. The items were shipped quickly and as advertised.

I bought an MP3 player for my son and it was faulty. I emailed customer service and by the time they responded to my email I was on holiday. They asked me to send a video of the product, and I did once I returned home from my holiday. But apparently it was too late (30 days) for their warranty and they refused to replace the product. Terrible customer service and cheap products. I’ll never buy from them again and I advise you don’t either.

An absolute nightmare to deal with. Waiting on an MP3 player that was a Christmas present for my son and was not sent with my original order .. customer service is abysmal, running rings around me and offering no solution until finally a week ago I was told a replacement has been sent, but when I asked for tracking info I was told by “Millie” that she would have to ask the relevant department… an absolute sham of a company. A massive disappointment. Consumer affairs it is.

I ordered the balloon that you can play with that was but one get one free. Both balloons popped within a half hour of the kids just pushing on it up in the air. I asked for a refund and they responded with 60% off another merchandise or 20% back on my card. This is totally not acceptable because other companies give 100% refund. Also they emailed me even before I received the package asking how I like it. This company needs to get organized and be more customer focused.
