Really bad service , was waiting nearly 3 weeks tracking didn’t work until I told them I was making a complaint to PayPal ,suddenly I was sent the tracking .and an absolutely appalling toy for the price paid stay,will never buy from them again

I ordered (2) of the interactive race car toys for my grandsons. When they arrived both cars were damaged and the shipping wrap (not a box)was also beat up. The actual toy was priced at almost $100 each.The toy sent looked like a very cheap imitation of the advertised car. I contacted customer service via email requesting a full refund. Instead, they shipped the exact same version to me with the same shipping method and broken vehicles.Once again,I contacted customer service. They stated I could send the car back to them (shipping cost was my responsibility) which is also out of the United States and they would issue a refund approximately 2 weeks after they received them.The return shipping cost is not worth sending the product back.I would highly recommend not buying products from this site. I wish that I had read the reviews before spending over $200 on gifts that are broken and poorly made,

The product I received was nothing like what I expected from the website. It appeared to be a cheap knock-off, manufactured in China, with instructions entirely in Chinese and no English translation. The item was also poorly packaged and did not meet the expectations created by the product listing. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of a reasonable resolution. Despite the product not being as advertised, I was expected to pay to ship it all the way back to Italy, even though the website presents the business as being based in Australia. They refused to cover the return shipping costs despite the issue being with the product and its representation, not a change of mind on my part. The cost and inconvenience of returning the item internationally made the return completely impractical, leaving me out of pocket for a product that did not meet the advertised description. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. A reputable business should take responsibility when an item is not as advertised rather than expecting the customer to bear the cost of correcting the problem. I would strongly advise other buyers to exercise caution and think carefully before purchasing from this company. My experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not purchase from them again.

Toy was defective. They required photos and getting approval of refund. Then we learned that we would have to pay the cost of sending the package to Italy. We recommend not purchasing from this business. They are not customer friendly.

It's a bait and switch. You can find these products other places. They did not send me 2 smart watches and claim they did. They argued with me for weeks about it and finally did give me my money after I argued with them for 2 weeks. I will never buy from them again and you're a fool if you do

My 8 yr old son saved up for a race car.$75. Came wrapped in plastic, no box or anything. No instructions, broken car, missing charger. This is a complete scam and it was my son’s first purchase saving to buy his own toy. You broke his heart. This company is not legit and should be shut down immediately
