I found you via Facebook marketplace. Their website is annoying and cumbersome.

This review is an amendment to a previous review in which I awarded LLT one star. The reason for my dissatisfaction with the store was related to a missing item, unsatisfactory explanation for the missing toy, and failure to offer any solution for rectifying the problem. However... since that review, I've received the missing item - a LittleLens camera - in the mail, just in time for Christmas. So, in the spirit of fairness I feel obliged to amend my earlier review. As previously stated... communication with LLT has always been prompt and polite, even when explanations appeared to be illogical. I do believe that LLT genuinely wants to know how to 'do better'. But customers need to be patient and persistent in their feedback communication, which can be time consuming and off putting to some. But being open, honest, and taking the time to communicate pays off and helps to get issues get resolved. Despite my first unfortunate encounter with LLT, I would be inclined to buy from them again - with a bit more caution. I would only buy one or two items to avoid any repeat of an item going 'missing' in an order containing 10 or more items; it's easy for an item or two to be overlooked in bigger orders. Although 'bargain hunters' may be daunted by the prices; the toys from LLT appear to be robust enough for young children to enjoy over time. There's a wide variety of engaging toys for kids of all ages. Orders are well packed to ensure less damage in transit, and delivery times are not prolonged.

The orb ball was not as easy as it looks very deceiving

This is not an Australian company! Be very careful when ordering any toys as the currency is US$ and not Australian! They have great products but there is no notification of the price being in US dollars! My purchase was double the price when it hit my CC! Customer service great in offering a discount but I would never have bought if I had been aware!

I bought a camera for my grand daughter. The product they advertised is good and I was satisfied with it and its performance. The drawback was the courier used for my package. It was supposed to be delivered in three days. However, it took two weeks. The positive side was that the company's rep was responsible, answer my concerns and follow up the delivery.

I did not like that the company were not clear that their pricing is USD especially when their website lists an Australian address. They were very responsive when I complained about this and very good at offering me three options to resolve my complaint. The product received is of good quality, does as discribed and easy to use.
