I have been over charged for an item I bought I have sent an email and had no reply

Haven't received my order yet order #MAU68505

Regarding Order: MAU58357. I ordered a flying spinner ball. It does not work as described. I requested a refund several days ago and I have not received an authorization nor any communication. I also tried to call several times only to get a recorded call. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend ordering through this site.

When I first placed my order online, there were some issues with it. One being that I had an item that I had not ordered, or didn’t mean to order. Another issue was the site didn’t have the ability to change/cancel my order, or to put in my billing address. After trying to find a way to connect with this company via email and phone calls, I started to think this might be a fraudulent site. But in the end they did return my call within one day, and this is during the busy Christmas holiday! The gentleman I spoke with was very patient and kind. He was able to redo my order accordingly and give me the current ad discount (which I just received back in my account)! Customer service is not what it used to be, and it was refreshing to work with a company that has the level of customer that used to be the norm! I don’t recall that I’ve given an online review, so this is a first for me. Given the level of service, I felt it was important to do so at this time.

Have not received the products to be able to rate them but delivery time information is misleading and inaccurate. I paid extra for “3-5 business days”. Once order is placed, a message arrives that “we hope to have your order processed in 3-5 business days. Once processed, expect 10-12 days to receive your order.” That information should be made known prior to submitting order!

The company has sent me a product that was sitting in my list. I have been in contact and they are asking to take photos so the products can be returned and before they give me the return address. The amount of money I was charged was ridiculous then on top of that I had to pay for the postage to be returned.

I received the writing tablet which was OK and a flying spinner ball and gyroscope. When i examined the ball and gyroscope i felt they were dangerous with potential for small fingers to be injured. I also like another customer was fooled into thinking price was Australian dollars, not US which made them very expensive for the quality. I tried to return two items with no success.
