Very unhappy with this company. I discovered once I checked my visa that I had been charged in US dollars where the website implies that they are an Aussie company, so it cost me way more than expected. When my grandson opened his present, the kit came with only Asian instructions, there was no English instructions at all. The website clearly states that you could follow along with clear instructions!! I feel they have misrepresented the product completely. I would never have brought this if I knew it didn't come with any useful instructions on how to put the kit together. I emailed them and was told because I didn't advise them within 14 days it was my tough luck. Don't use this company it's a rip off

Overall, I have been happy with the giant jelly ball. Although one of the balls had a hole in it upon arrival. My kids were able to play with the other and thoroughly enjoyed it until it popped. Only thing I recommend is better durability. But customer service has been very responsive.

I am a pensioner so watch how much I spend on my grandchildren. My credit card bill just came telling me that my $58.75 I spent was actually US dollars and charged me $92.43. This has shocked me as the address was Australian and nothing alerted me to the fact they were charging me US $. On top of that, another grandparent had bought the same present and given it the day before. My Son said not to worry because it had broken already. I am not impressed.

Overall, we are happy with the recent purchases. The 3D pens, flying balls and giant jelly balls were very much loved. Only shame was that both the "durable" giant jelly balls were deflated within 3 days of playing, despite our best attempts to patch up the holes.

Kids are already enjoying their camera! After I ordered I realized the billing address was wrong and I ordered the wrong color. I had a timely, pleasant response. Kids love it!

The product is well designed. I haven’t given it to our grand daughter yet but from what I see, she will love it. She just turned 7 years old.
