Received my Lampster a few days ago. Kickstarter backer, I choosed the individual shipping ( paid 30 usd extra). The lamp is nice. Really good presentation. Good materials and quality.

I am an original backer and I have yet to receive my product. At this point I wish I could gather all of those who backed the project initially and create some sort of class action suit. Absolutely terrible company!! How the F are you going to treat your original investors like this. Absolute BS.

Great design! Bought the lampster online and receive I'd it in about 10 days. Very nice unboxing experience. Works well. Thank you!

As with just about everyone from Kickstarter, we've been waiting and waiting and waiting for our deliveries. Ordered and paid for (with shipping) early 2016... almost 5 years later the guys at the company are still having "production issues" and have pretty much said that if I want my lamp I need to pay for extra shipping. Looking for a company that holds your order for ransom? Look no further than this abysmal group.

I'm still waiting on my Lampster which I paid for on May 30 2016! Now they are telling me I have to pay extra shipping and won't send across any details. So it looks like they have stock as you can buy one on their FB page yet, as an original kickstarter backer, I'm still being treated like garbage and not getting my order. Anyone else in this situation still? 🤬

I have ordered my first lamp (green) for myself on 15th September 2019 and BAM! it arrived crazy fast in 10 days! And boy, I loved it! Looked stunning on my desk, functioned absolutely fantastic, friends kept asking and wondering.. This year, I have decided to buy three more lamps for my kids (green, gold, blue)... the same day, I'm receiving UPS tracking codes, then getting the lamps in two weeks! I really don't know what people are complaining about. The lamps arrived relatively fast, look FANTASTIC(!!!) and the customer service works great. Haters gonna hate, lovers gonna love :-) Yes, the price could be less, but please realise this is a low volume production and the quality is awesome. It feels great to support some young guys with a great idea - rather than paying some large corporate companies (HASBRO, MATTEL..) for some plastic crap toys that last for 2 years. I trust my little boys will keep having these lamps till they are adults and even for their kids. With a little secret notes "from their father" that I`ve hidden inside each Lampster`s body, the Lampsters will be the perfect Christmass gifts! THANKS AGAIN!

Had to wait almost 4 years for this, but it arrived last week and is excellent. Sturdy, well built, looks fantastic! The delays in production and delivery, along with poor communication and long waits for customer service take the edge off this, but make no mistake, the product itself is fantastic.

The Lampster, A lamp I thought I would never receive, but thanks to the great service of their friendly back office, I did. It’s worth the wait! As backer #3520 on Kickstarter I supported this project way back. I think it all started in the last quarter of 2015. It was a beautiful autumn day, I was browsing the Kickstarter projects, cause as and entrepreneur I enjoy supporting other entrepreneurs, I saw this beautiful project The Lampster... a second life for headlights of old tractor. Slim, beautifully designed, with modern techniques like Led, remotely controlled and multi (mood) color (and white). It’s even possible to use The Lampster as an disco party light, which responds to music. (Ohw btw it would have been awesome if it would work with Siri, voice controlled). I would guess you might think 2015? Damn it’s 2020 now. Why did it took so long... will it that so long for me as well? NO, as an new buyer, I would say it wouldn’t. The wait, or even receiving (or not receiving) the product or not, is part of the “risk” in supporting Kickstarter projects. That’s why you receive the product for production cost, or at least a hefty discount. Now in 2020, while COVID19 has a grasp on the entire world and economy, the men and women of The Lampster, finally did it. I received the products (4 pieces). To all other backers that are still pending the product, I would say reach out to The Lampster Facebook Messenger. They are quickly in the responses and so what they say. To all new buyers of The Lampster, don’t hesitate, the product is worth the wait. I would guess that the delivery time would be somewhere between 6 to 8 weeks. But to know for sure, you best can reach out to The Lampster Facebook Messenger.
