I purchased a leather biker style jacket for my husband at Christmas time last year. He absolutely loves it and gets tons of compliments when wearing it out. Have had several friends ask for information on where we got it. Quality and service both A++.

Great job with custom measurements, hand some fit issue due to measurements I made. The jacket maker made a complete new jacket of standard design that fit perfectly. Workmanship, quality, communication and delivery could not have been better. Would recommend the jacket maker to anyone great job!

Communication can be tricky but be patient and you can get a custom made jacket for less than buying a nice jacket in a store. I have three jackets from them as my arms are shorter and most any jacket I buy off the rack doesn’t fit properly. All are very nice and I get lots of compliments on them. I should have done this years ago.

I placed an order in November of 2019, finalized the design in January and made a specific request so that the jacket could be made properly. The agent ignored the request and the jacket was made incorrectly. Now it is close to 5 months since the order was placed and I still haven't received the finished product. I realize there was an issue with COVID-19 but if the agent had paid attention to the request I made there never would've been a problem. Now, I am having to wait even more and it is causing more issues because of the mistake and all I get is "I apologize". Maybe instead of apologizing, the agent can pay attention to the requests made and we could avoid unpleasant reviews like this one. People need to see that things like this happen due to others, like my agent, not doing their job properly. I haven't received the product, which by the way was extremely expensive, and I am already unhappy. Update 1: The company saw this review and “swore” to get me the jacket ASAP and to send me a $100 voucher for my troubles, they never Sent anything which at the end of the day it didn’t matter because if this is how they do business I don’t want to deal with them anymore. Update 2: Finally, it’s been 7 months since I ordered the jacket and they finally got the order right. I approved the jacket and 1 month earlier had informed them that I had to move due to my lease ending, I gave them my new address and during the final confirmation had them verify the new address I gave them. Well guess what, they messed that up to! They shipped it to my old address and just told me to get a hold of DHL to change it once I emailed them to ask them why they shipped it to the wrong place. Not only did they completely mess up my order but now I’m having to fix their mistakes due to their team members not communicating. I finally got a hold of DHL after over an hour of waiting and they tell me that because the address is in a different state I can’t make the change and the change has to be made by The Jacket Maker, at this point I’m like “hell no” I’m not giving them the chance to mess this up again! I had to send the jacket to a friends house and now I have to wait two days to see if they will deliver. This has been a horrific experience, I’m not sure if this is due to the sales rep I had not taking ownership or doing his job with half interest but I can’t say I have the same experience as these other folks that claim they were so good. I highly recommend you just use someone local you can work with or another company because the way they do business is just insanely irresponsible. At what point do managers even step in; I asked to have a manager contact me and they never did either! Just go elsewhere people.
