Well made jacket.

I went to this company requesting a very specific type of jacket to be made, and they got everything perfect and as instructed. They'll do anything to meet customer requirements and even offer rewards for shopping with them. Will use often in the future.

I was looking for a leather fur trimmed jacket for my husband whose big and tall. I found this company on the web, read the reviews, and decided to take a risk and order a custom made coat from TJM. My order got off to a rocky start because it hit at the beginning of the Xmas season but began processing in January. The communication with Shawn was handled effectiveLy and usually promptly concerning questions or issues on my order. It took 3 weeks longer than their estimated ship date for the coat but it was definitely worth the wait. The custom colored and sized coat looked fabulous, was well made, and was an exceptional fit for my husband. I would recommend, however, that the company establish a phone customer support system in addition to the email system to speed up communication with customers and to specify up front any additional charges for larger sizes. Overall though, a positive experience with TJM whom I would highly recommend for your leather coat needs!

Excellent product and quality. Delivered to my South Africa address without problem despite lockdowns and restrictions. Very impressed! Once this is all over I shall most certainly be buying firther Jackets from you.

Extremely impressed! I ordered a custom leather jacket and asked for a slim fit. We went back and fourth regarding my measurements and the final product was beyond what I had hoped for. Thick, gorgeous leather and a perfect fit. I will be ordering a second jacket soon.

Two Custom sized Jackets Great Service. My first jacket ended up a little big, but due to some timing on my part I didn't make the return deadline for free alteration. On my second jacket, Shawn worked diligently with me to go over my measurements as well as compare them to how my first jacket fit to ensure we got the sizing right on my second jacket the first time around. My second jacket fits perfectly and the service was exceptional. I fully expect I will likely get a third jacket from them as you cannot beat their service or product at this price.

I wasn’t sure to order from this company because I never heard of them so I did a little research and ordered the male leather jacket for my wife. When we received it ..we immediately loved it. We fell in love with the quality and the material of the jacket. I would definitely order any leather from this company !
