The quality of my jacket is top notch, the fit is perfect and the custom design is 90% what I requested! There were times when I got a bit worried when reaching out but once I was aware of the time difference and the alternate contact options, I was relieved. They delivered a quality product under a tight deadline, much appreciated.

Firstly, the jacket is wonderful. The quality of materials and construction (is that the correct word to describe the making of a jacket?) is exemplary. I simply could not be happier with the product. Excellent. The communication was a little less so. They advised that their products were 'made to order'. Nice! After I placed an order, there were several emails advising 'bonus points' or some such thing (which I don't care about), but two conflicting emails regarding delivery times. That was a little confusing. In the end, neither of these 'delivery times' were close to the mark, as the delivery was compromised by the freight companies having to consider the consequences of Mr. Trump's Persian adventure. Tracking the parcel was a touch nerve-wracking. The parcel went from Pakistan, sat in Dubai and then Istanbul for at least a week before being released. It went from Turkiye to Germany to China and then on to Australia. Phew! I appreciate that this stuff was well out of The Jacket Maker's control, but the remit for this post was to 'Tell us more about your experience'! Despite all of that shipping stuff, and assuming that my jacket is a true example, I would recommend The Jacket Maker's products to anyone and without reservation. I will buy from them again but perhaps seek a more accurate 'Made to order' time-frame. And the freight company prevarications (that were nothing to do with The Jacket Maker, of course) will hopefully no longer be part of the picture. If I could give 4.99 stars I would...

Working with the design consultant Max went very well. We had a glitch in communication on one issue however we did get it resolved. I was satisfied with my product and spent a great deal more time clarifying what I wanted for my second custom bag. Max has done an amazing job of sending me a rendering which actually captures all of the elements of my design and answering my list of questions. Now to sit back and wait for my next custom bag. Thanks Jacket Maker.

As long as you remember this is a long process, everything is fine. My jacket took longer than expected, about 4 or 5 months from order, but the quality is impeccable and the price is definitely a lot less than something similar would be in a retail store. “Fast, cheap, or good - pick 2” is definitely true!

Excellent product, good quality, well-made and good fit which will soften and wear in wel. Initial communication was excellent, eg on accurate sizing, to the point of giving an unsolicited partial refund to compensate for a slight production backlog. Then things went quiet and I got nervous, but the product arrived in the nick of time, about six weeks after ordering. So overall an excellent experience. Went to give an 4.5 but only option is a 4 for some delay and lack of communication at that point. But I would buy from this company again without hesitation. (Order # 5049]

The jacket is of excellent quality, the customer service is also great. The problem is I measured myself wrong. It's my own fault, however I'm not a professional. I just wish I just took a size large instead of trying to measure myself.
