This is a terrible company to purchase from. Their customer service is terrible and they won't refund your money. They make up all sorts of excuses and make attempts to sway you to refrain from getting a refund. Now I have to contact mastercard to dispute the charge. Criminals.

The Jacket Maker is excellent! They worked with me to customize one of their existing jackets for my exact fit and kept me posted throughout the manufacturing process. Unfortunately, when the jacket arrived it was stolen from my front porch. However, the support team was very understanding, remade, and sent me a new jacket for free. The jacket is very high quality and beautiful. Thank you!

I purchased the Blue Bomber jacket size XL, It was one size too small. I sent it back and they promptly forwarded me the 2XL which I love. I then ordered the Red Bomber jacket. I have received many compliments on both Jackets. I would definitely order from Jacket Maker again. Love the product and the price is great John Altamura

I ordered a custom leather jacket around this time last year for my fiancée. The initial process was quite smooth - once I have the measurement details the jacket was made quite quickly and despatched to where I was staying in America at the time (I’m from the UK). The fit wasn’t quite right so I contacted Shawn again. The corrections needed weren’t too difficult and he said they’d be done free of charge. Unfortunately, once the jacket was ready I missed the email from Shawn asking where to send it and it was sent to where I had been staying in the US (and wouldn’t be going back to!). It arrived there but unfortunately no one was able to collect it to forward it to me. After a lot of back and forth, Shawn agreed to making me another jacket and sending it to my UK address. It arrived a couple of weeks ago. My fiancée hasn’t taken it off since! The fit is excellent - much better the second time around. All in all, I’m happy with the service I received. It did take a long time for everything to be sorted but it was worth it in the end. I’d order from them again but well in advance of when I might need it!

Asked for a specific size for a custom jacket, and got a jacket that was too small, with sleeves 1 1/2 inches shorter than my measurements. Asked for a printed fabric design, however it was misprinted on the front in one line, and nowhere else. Very obviously an error. Asked to get my name embroidered in the lining, they did my whole name in lower case, and the threads were unfinished. The guy I was speaking to (Shawn) said he would give me a thicker fabric and a shinier zipper, which I was paying more for, and I got the factory standard. I started my order over 12 weeks ago and only just received the jacket a day after the product pictures where I noticed errors. Overall a disappointing experience.

Custom jacket building can be a lot less stressful then you think...and given you've got an agent who is as extremely caring and qualified to take all of your ideas and make them into reality, Jacket Maker is the right place. I got lucky enough with getting Fred, who is an extremely reliable and delivered one of the best customer services out there. During the course of my first experience, any criticism I had was taken positively and met every need I had. Any alterations were made in a timely matter, i as the customer was treated with respect and I recieved updates in a timely manner. Even when I had recieved my first product in the mail, I had thought about what I would liked done differently in a slightly different material and color than my last jacket, and Fred was happy to send me through another wonderfully priced dealing that 100% hands down matched my vision of what I originally imagined having been made for me. I wanna thank you, specifically Fred, for the time you put into me, and goodness knows next time I want a custom jacket made I'd be asking for you personally. Fred is a very friendly guy. Give this guy a pay raise! ;)

The quality and attention to detail is obvious, but the customer service needs some serious praise. I nearly sent in the wrong body measurements, but they caught my mistake and ultimately produced a beautiful, perfectly fitting leather jacket. I have the full intention of commissioning more pieces from this amazing company!

Placed an order for a custom leather jacket through Shawn with The Jacket Maker. He answered my questions double checked measurements. He quoted a price and delivery times 4-8 weeks.
