Really happy with my jacket! The first custom fit came a little short on me, but after explaining what was wrong they amended it at no extra cost. Currently ordering my second jacket now.

The company were very helpful throughout and produced a beautifully fitting coat of the softest leather, at a fraction of the price of the Burberry I had been obsessed with. I’d thoroughly recommend.

The Jacket Maker was very responsive. They even worked with me until I got my measurements right for a custom order. The Jacket came and the quality was very good and the jacket fit like a glove, Will def recommend and buy from again.

Jacket arrived exactly in three weeks. Please be aware if for whatever reason you will decide to send it back it's got to be sent to USA. I now received my refund and a guy who took my case over promised postage money to be refunded too. It cost me 35 quid to send from UK to states. Quality wise it's okay just not exactly what it looks like on website,but this is my personal opinion and this was for one particular item.

These jackets feel like they were tailored for me I use a medium and it fits perfectly. The jacket I purchased from them was one that they had already to buy and like I said it fits perfectly. Customer service is excellent as well

Ordered a custom jacket back in April. Process started off great then as soon as I paid the initial cost to start the process, contact became few and far between. When they do contact they say it will be another 2 weeks then another month. Edit: Got my jacket took ages but its pretty epic and good quality
