Hello this is Hung Nguyen my discus fish Oder from theifish store, they are the best discus fish on sale internet I have not seen , beautiful and healthy absoluly recogment can’ t wait for order more in the future thanks
Chris E.
Fish arrived healthy. Lightning fast shipping. Thanks.
James
All arrived healthy but 1. It always stayed at the bottom, sometimes on its side. After 3 days it died. The short window to identify that something was wrong with this fish was not long enough in this case, however I considered it the 'bonus' fish as it cost me nothing. I will definitely deal with iFISH again.

I ordered a total of 7 fish during the buy 5 get one free sale. I ordered 5 pigeons and 2 snakeskins. The snakeskins are lovely however, they are 1 1/2 inch tiny babies. The pigeons are heavily peppered and one has a deformation of the eye that makes it very hard to look at. I contacted them and after a few days they were totally willing to send me a new fish. I thought "that's good business, even though according to your policy the fish are quarantined for at least 24 hours before sent and the deformation should have been caught". BUT when they sent the "replacement" they neglected to send me the tracking information! I work a full time job and have auto feeding set ups, plus I live in a heavily populated suburban area. C'mon man... the fish was never received and the fake email they sent after that stated it was a forward of a forward that proclaimed to have sent the email with the tracking information. Likely chance is that the fish was never sent and I'm just a b**ch for being upset over a messed up eyeball. W.E. Point is that they are shady and sell fish smaller that 2 inches which is not what they claim.

Hello Tracey; We are always happy to work with our customers that are not pleased with their order. A couple of things here: 1) In the case of the Discus with the deformed eye, it is so very helpful to receive a photograph immediately as it apparently was not spotted on our end. This type of immediate feedback and photo documentation helps us in our quality control procedures we have in place. We apologize for the deformed eye and would have liked to have seen the extent of the deformity so we can address it with our suppliers. Nevertheless, we were more than happy to replace the fish. 2) Our Shipping and Customer Management Systems are fully integrated and securely record and track all transactions. Our system shows that a Shipping Confirmation was sent via email and also by text when we shipped the replacement. We have just resent both as proof that they were in fact sent out. If you do not receive the text and emails I just resent, please notify me immediately so we can correct your contact information in our system. We would NEVER stoop to "fake" emails...there is nothing to be gained taking that path except extremely poor customer service. And that simply is not what we are striving for. 3) Our 2" Discus are juveniles and depending on the species can sometimes be slightly under 2". The parameter that is consistent is their age and when raised correctly develop into beautiful 5-6 inch Discus. So we apologize if the actual size was slightly smaller than 2" and we have since clarified that on our site. In summary, we really care about our customers and that they are pleased with their order. We also work hard at having set procedures in place to ensure the delivery of healthy fish. We are always more than happy to communicate directly with customers once they have received an order that they are not happy with. Wish we had the opportunity to turn this assessment around because "Shady" and "Shifty" are certainly not descriptors we are used to getting. As a minimum, can you verify the email and text I have just resent from our system...we stand behind the fact that a replacement was sent to you and if you did not receive it, we want to get to the root cause as to why that happened. Thank you for your feedback...positive or negative, it always helps us improve our business.

They have a nice selection for sure. When the 20% offer was active or the buy 5 get the 6th free, seemed like a good deal. I’ve purchased over 30-40 fish from them. The last batch of turquoise and snake skins was horrible. They almost all died (1 snake skin made it). They were shipped WAY smaller than advertised too. Tank conditions were optimal... After reply: Yeah there is no point contacting after the 24 hour period. Sick or weak fish rarely die within that window. They never snap out of their induced lethargic state and slowly darken and die. No guarantee to execute after 24 hours, so what good would fussing do. I don’t need someone to say “oh that’s unfortunate, but after 24 hours, there is no consumer protection”. That would just irritate the tar out of me. I just uprooted my business elsewhere. I don’t like seeing fish die. It’s sad.

Hello Scott, When you receive an order that you are not pleased with because of size, health or some other factor, we would really like to hear from you within the first 24 hours after you received the order. It is an important part of our quality control and customer service programs where we rely heavily on immediate feedback from our customers. We genuinely want to address these problems to improve our business. We're sorry you were disappointed in that last batch and hope you would give The iFISH Store another try. We work toward long-term returning customers that are pleased with the quality of fish they receive and our customer service. We hope we can count on you becoming a returning customer and keeping the lines of communication open with us.

Was very pleased with the fish I received. Packaging was very good. Would like to see some larger fish for sale.
Julianne
All of the fish I ordered died, all of them within a days of getting them

Hello Julianne; You had placed a couple of separate orders with us back in May and we'd really like to know more about the situation in each case since we never want to see a single order let alone two result in all of the fish ordered perishing. We looked back in our records and aren't aware that you communicated with us back in May when this happened. Can you offer more detail at this point so we might be able to look into this further? Thank you!
Lonnie
All the discus I received from this company survived (6) and highly recommend the iFISH Store to everyone. I've never had this success rate from any other Pet shop! Like I said it's been 16 days and there all still finning around the tank. Keep on finning fellows!! Lonnie from the Ky.
