My fish arrived in alive and in good condition and witg a 2 page care sheet and instructions. I had concerns about one after he entered the tank. He was sluggish, colorless and on his side. I immediately sent an email to Frank regarding my concerns. Frank responded within hours and told me to let him know if the fish did not come around. It was nice to see a business owner concerned about about his customers satisfaction. I will purchase from IFish in the future

My order was so late. Had to contact to find out want was going on with order. No one contracted me until i emailed to find out want was going on with my order. Finally got fish. It would have been nice if i could get a discount because i had to wait to long for my order. All i got was I'm so sorry for the delay..

Most of the fish died 2 days after i got then u said u didnt feed them for 2 or 3 days prior to shipping i think that had a lot to do with it
