The 6 fish we ordered arrived as promised: on time and healthy. Stomachs slightly sunken from quarantine, not too much but just enough to be obvious they had been quarantined as advertised to clean them out before shipping. Speaking of that, shipping was cheaper than the competition too! Great experience! We will be making another order when funds are right!

Hello Joseph, Two items to address here. We have a Live Arrival Guarantee where our customers have the choice of a refund or credit toward a future purchase. Per your request we have already sent a refund for the Discus which perished during shipment. We would like a bit more background on the fungus that appeared to be present on the Discus which perished a few days later since all fish are quarantined for 24-48 hours prior to shipping and no fungus was observed at the time of packing. Since you received 6 different Discus in total, we were wondering which Discus appeared to have the fungus and if you could provide a bit more info in which Discus appeared to have the fungus and general appearance and location of the fungus on the Discus. We really attempt to see all things through when customers don't seem to be satisfied with their order so thank you for your feedback.

This place is 5 star in every way. My Discus fish were just beautiful. Shipping was excellent. Price was one of the best ever. These fish are so fun to watch. A little shy at first.....but they adjust. One Discus didn't make it....Frank was so concerned about my order from beginning to end. He gave me a couple options.....which was great. I asked that my card be credited. This is my new go to fish on line places. Customer Service over the top!!! Thanks Frank!😇

Recieved my shipment of 12 African Cichlids, 2 loaches & one pleco this morning. All were alive when arrived. I followed instructions to acclamate to my tank and they have been in now for a couple hours with no issues. The only thing is they said 2” and all but two are 1” to 1 1/2”. The coloring is beautiful and I highly recommend for the price. I also recommend you sign up for the text alerts when they are delievered.
