Everything went wrong. My order was wrong was promised something and got something else. The website is misleading, before buying communicate with owner.

I absolutely love iFish. I’ve had multiple orders from them and every one of them have been a wonderful experience. If I have a question Frank gets back to me answers me and is truthful. Customer service is amazing, fish are as expected and sometimes better than expected. All look wonderful upon arrival and thriving. I have only ordered discus and haven’t ever been let down. I will continue to order and don’t ever expect to be let down.

Package needs lot more labeling about fish inside. ..perhaps handle with care. This side up. Protect from cold. That type of info. ..delivery driver had no idea that the package contained live fish which makes me wonder if anyone else involved in the delivery know and I doubt it was handled with care along the way.

All of my cichlids made it safe right to my door, they aclamated to my tank in no time, and are looking beautiful, definitely recomend
