The fish got to use in the right amount of time only one fish died but customer service was great and refunded for the one fish with no hassle so I give them five stars for great service and healthy fish we love our fish

The owner was super helpful with telling me about care of the fish and how they were handled prior to shipping as well as how they should be handled upon receipt. They were the most gorgeous and vibrant shade of blue that I could’ve ever imagined and really stole the show at my sisters wedding. I was concerned that everyone would not want to take a centerpiece home but had mini aquariums and fish food at the door for those who decided to take a fish with them and they were all gone at the conclusion of the reception. We even gave one to the bartender, kept one for our five-year-old, and donated one to his classroom because I had ordered a few extra just in case they weren’t all alive on delivery. They were all very much alive and kicking and happy to be in Pennsylvania when they got here !!

They are very good quality. Shipping safe and good. Beautiful tails. Color and photo maybe some different. But very nice indeed.

First off fish look great, there was a slight delay in the order being shipped as they did not have a fish available to their standards and they called me with a suggestion of another fish. It’s been a couple weeks and all my fish friends healthy and happy. Nice size fish a lot of times you can only find juveniles also the ability to get gender specific fish is great.

I ordered six 2” discus from the iFish Store using their buy five get one free offer, and a 25 pack of neon tetras. I placed my order on a Friday and I received an email on Monday stating my fish had shipped and would arrive Tuesday morning. The package arrived at the exact time UPS tracking said it would on Tuesday morning. The discus were packed individually and triple bagged, then placed in styrafoam in a box. A heat pack was included to keep them warm. The 25 neons were all in 1 bag, also triple bagged. The discus acclimated well, adjusted quickly, and were eating within 24 hours. Two of the neons were DOA and several more arrived in tough shape (clearly just shipping stress, no fault of the seller). I acclimated them and put them in their separate quarantine tank immediately, then sent an email with photos to the seller. He offered a refund/credit for the neons immediately (even though by my count he already included a few extras just in case). He offered to wait another week to see if the others survived so that more of a credit could be given if necessary, which I felt went above and beyond the DOA policy offered. I received prompt replies by email to all correspondence. I will be ordering from this store again and would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered six fish which arrived in great condition and are looking good.. They were packaged really well. The four discus are still young and will hopefully get their color to increase as they get older, but still are beautiful fish the way they are. The two pleco's are perfect.
