I received my fish a little late due to UPS but everything went well. I did as described in the instructions for acclamation and every one survived and is doing well. The fish I ordered were just what I wanted. I will buy again form Frank Just waiting for warmer weather.

I love the fish I received from Ifish. I ordered some discus fish and they were awesome. The only thing i would improve on, is the communication after placing an order. Will be ordering again soon.

One discus was dead when received, however the other 5 were amazing. Customer service was very east to work with and fixed my issue right away. Great fish, well packed, fast shipping!

I received 6 Discus all alive, but 3 appeared to be struggling and laying on their sides. I acclimated them, but did not use the Ifish instructions. Two fish never recovered and died. I called Ifish and they offered to send me two new fish if I paid for shipping. I choose to get a refund for one fish since one fish was originally sent for free.

Hello Wayne; We’re sorry to hear two of the Discus perished. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their experience with our company and hope you were pleased with our quick response and the final resolution. Thank for taking the time to respond and provide feedback. And as always, thank you for your business!

All fish showed up alive and heat packs still warm, though one fish did show up in a lot of distress due to a hole in its transport bag that leaked half its water (thus the 4 stars instead of 5). All fish seem to be doing great 48 hrs later. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad all of your fish are dong well. We appreciate the information on the bag leakage and constantly use this data to develop new ways to package our fish for shipment to avoid this. Thank for taking the time to respond and for your business!

Ordered 4 goldfish, shipped in very small package. 1 fish dead at receiving, another one died next day. Description and picture not accurate.

Hello Min; We're sorry to hear two of your Goldfish perished. We are in continuous improvement mode with our packaging procedures and this is the first time we’ve heard the packaging was too small. Nevertheless, thank you for your feedback. We would like to offer you a credit on a future order or a refund on the two Goldfish that perished. I will send you another follow-up email to find out which you would prefer (credit or refund). We certainly hope you're happy with your other tank additions and will consider shopping with us again in the future!
