So far everything has gone as promised and I expect the fish to arrive healthy and happy.

The reason for the three stars is because the quality of the fishes are not as high. Not a high quality fish. Some minor deformed tails.

Fish were better than expected and they are a beautiful addition to my aquarium. Company was also accommodating with regards to shipping and arrival date. Will be using them again in the future.

Great quality. Very efficient. Overnight took a little longer. I called to follow up on my order and was asked if I wanted it shipped next day. Received order two days later. But all in all, experience was exceptionally great and instructions with order was very helpful. One thing i would mention in the instructions is that where the fish comes from, an unplanted tank, to a planted tank may be stressful to the new incoming fish. It's taken awhile for my discus' to acclimate and their appetite is barely to none. Am keeping a close eye on them since. They also become territorial once they've claimed their property in the tank.

I bought 6 Discus and 17 Tetras and all of the fish arrived alive, even though they spent an extra day with UPS due to a mechanical failure. The iFish Store packaged them in an insulated box with heaters and they had plenty of oxygen to survive the trip. I had good communication with Frank at the iFish store and I will definitely buy more fish from them in the future. Thanks for the beautiful fish.
