I received my discus
I received my discus, and over all they are nice fish. I only lost 1 out of an order of 6. Very bright and colorful. They all have some fun damage, but overall nice fish. Already placed my second order.

requested bright
requested bright, deep blue color for Blue Diamond Discus. Received two fishes with 3/4 white and fringe of blue. Hope for a free one sent? Great shipping packing, outside label of live fish, and warm inside. Fish active. Had problems with other sellers. Discus guy great except for $$$$. Best regards, John K. Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Hello John; Thank you for your feedback. You had ordered juvenile Discus and they do not display their inherent bright color until adulthood which is typically when they reach ~5 inches. In several months when they reach adulthood, you should see their true inherited colors. We would ask that you give them a chance to develop since you just received them and let us know how things proceed. In the end we strive for happy customers with healthy, quality fish.

Discus fish
Second time to order!!! Great experience!! First order of discus on November 20,2018 one doa but refunded quickly all the rest came beautiful and still doing great! Received 2nd order February 5,2018-all came in beautiful again! They look healthy, great color and some already starting to eat after just hours of putting them in our aquarium! Great prices for fish and shipping! Definitely buy from them again!!

Order came in alive and looked good
Order came in alive and looked good. The only reason I would not give a 5 is because I was not notified that my shipment was being delayed and I had to email 5 days later to find out details.

Hello Ryan; We apologize for the delay in communication. It was in the middle of the Polar Vortex hitting the northern sections of the US and we were getting go/no go information by the minute from all of our suppliers and shippers. We tried to keep all customers up-to-date when the information was solid but it was rarely consistent and we were facing 30 below weather in some situations and just didn’t want to risk shipping fish. Nevertheless, we did send you an email when we finally shipped but we appreciate your input on the in-between communications and will certainly develop better communication procedures for these unusual weather related situations.

Expecting my six and seventh discus…
Expecting my six and seventh discus from ifish store. Great quality so far. Nice round bodies with no peppering. Healthy fish. Reasonable shipping costs. Quality packaged. Will definitely purchase from them again.
