I recently made a purchased of 10 pairs of fancy guppies from iFISH. Although the fish arrived in excellent condition (very active, healthy, highly colorful and readily adapted to their new aquarium environment), I experienced a number of deaths of the fish within the first week of receipt. I emailed Frank at iFISH and he promptly sent me replacement fish for those that died. The replacement fish are thriving very well. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Frank and iFISH. I have no hesitation what-so-ever of purchasing fish from iFISH in the future.

Website was easy to manage and buying process was easy. Shipping information was made very clear. Fish arrived when they were supposed to and after 5 days look healthy. If they are still healthy a month from now I would give a 5 star review.

Great service with very clear instructions. All the fish I ordered came healthy and happy. I am super happy

I gave a 3 star rating because the discus fish I ordered (1 golden yellow 4” ,2 blue 2”) are hardly the color I saw in the picture. The “golden yellow” is 90% white with brown on the bottom and the two blues are mostly brown. Both invertebrates are dead. I found the white one dead this morning. Honestly I don’t even want the 3 discus fish I ordered from ifish in my tank because they’re ugly. As soon as I can find someone to take them I’ll be giving them away. All in all I guess you get what you pay for. My fault.

Hi Shaun; We replied to your last post where you said the "fish were ok" but it seems you've had a turn of events and opinion and we'd like the opportunity to address it. You mentioned your invertebrates perished and we typically offer a credit on a future order or a refund on these. Also, we're sorry you now seem to be disappointed in your Discus. You had ordered a 2" Blue Diamond Discus and at this size they are still considered juveniles and do not develop their distinctive colors until they reach adulthood at ~ 6mos. However, we've never heard our juvenile Blue Diamonds described as being brown in color. That is perplexing to us. Also, you described your two Golden Yellow Discus as being 90% white. Our Golden Yellow Discus do have white in the forefront of their body which is normal for this type of Discus. However, and again, we're perplexed that you say they are 90% white. Nonetheless, we would like you to be satisfied with your entire purchase from The iFISH Store. If you are willing, would you drop us an email at [email protected] and (1) let us know if you would prefer a a credit on a future order or a refund for the two perished invertebrates and (2) include photos of the 3 Discus you are not happy with. The photos will help us determine how to proceed to help rectify the situation. Again, we're sorry you were not pleased with your experience with us and would like every opportunity to rectify the situation. Thank you for your feedback and we look forward to hearing from you.

UPDATE: I have had the fish for 4 weeks. 4 of the 5 Discus have died due to not being able to get them to eat. It is very hard to watch them starve. PLEASE - Before you get Discus fish, please read what is required to have healthy fish. It takes a great deal of effort and special food. They take a warmer water as well as pristine water conditions which means water changes often. I did all that I could to encourage them to eat (bought all the recommended foods and water minerals, etc.) but only 1 started eating and that 1 fish eats like a monster and is absolutely beautiful. The Neons are doing fantastic! Received fish on April 16, 2019: The Discus and Neons that I ordered were vibrant and healthy upon receipt. The fish were beautiful and the order was received quickly. I strongly recommend The iFish Store. They have the best shipping rates out there for live fish.
