This was my second order of discus fish for IFISH. This time UPS had problem wit deliver my fish on the time and package came not next day but after two days. I was so worried about the health of the fish but the seller told me the fish are packed with oxygen and suppose to survive two days shipping. This was truth. The fish came live. Now they are in my quarantine tank. Discus looks good and health. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Great customer service!

One fish arrived dead. The chart says a crayfish and Betta can live together but the crayfish ate the fins off my $20 white Betta. Not happy with my experience at all.

Hello Jennifer, We are sorry your overall experience was not good. We always stand by our live arrival guarantee and immediately offer a credit on a future purchase or a refund. In your case, your Clown Pleco unfortunately perished and you chose a refund which we were more than happy to process. With respect to the situation with the Blue Crayfish you ordered from us and the White Betta you already had, our published Freshwater Fish Compatibility Chart indicates in yellow that these two species “Can usually coexist”. We have many customers that successfully have crayfish and Bettas in the same tank. If you look up the compatibility of these two species online, you will see other testaments that they can be successful tankmates. That being said, we chose to rate this combination in yellow because there are situations where an overzealous crayfish may take a shot at a slower moving Betta’s fins. We’re very sorry that you found this to be the situation in your tank. Like people with different personalities or habits, sometimes a combination can be iffy. We hope the refund at least partially rectified your less than happy experience with us. We thank you for your feedback and take all feedback seriously as valuable input so we can continually improve our service.

I spent over $200 on my first fish order with The IFish Store. I just received them last week and already have ich on them. Now I have to spend the money to treat the ich on them. I have ordered plenty of discus from other sellers and have no problem with it. This will be my first and last time. The IFish Store sent me sick fishes.

Hello Vienthong; Frank has already spoken with you by phone to get more detail and we understand that it is specifically the two 4" Snakeskin Discus that developed ich. This is perplexing because we had these 4" Discus for over a month in our facility without any signs of ich. But on occasion, ich can quietly reside in a fish showing absolutely no external signs for weeks and then be triggered by stress. Regardless, we'd like to take care of the situation and offer you a credit on a future order or a refund. We will be sending you an email that you need only reply to and let us know which you'd prefer. We try our best to monitor all of our stock through both visual inspection and tank treatment with the goal of having every customer pleased with their order. We're sorry this happened and hope you'll consider our offer.

My fish arrived right on time, but unfortunately one fish did not survive the journey. I emailed pictures requesting a refund for that fish. I eventually received the refund but it took a few weeks for a response. All of my other fish are very healthy, and get more colorful every day. I would have given 5 out of 5 stars if the email responses were quicker.
