The fish delivery was great, after falling directions on the memo that was sent everything fell in place , I thought I would have problems with the eating but there they're eating like piranhas and their disc fish everything I put in tank the heat from flakes to brine shrimp to worms

This is the 2nd time I ordered discus on sale for 5 and get 1 free, the first order I gotten 1 fish that is very short and not growing. The 2nd batch I ordered, 1 fish is about 1inch and have a bulging eye. The free discus fish that I received are all small and undesirable.

Hello Alvin; We are sorry you were disappointed with both of your orders. The Discus that you ordered are all juveniles and are listed as ~2 inches which means they can range from 1.5 - 2 inches. At that age, they typically do not have their distinct colors yet but they will develop as they reach full maturity over the next several months. Your first order was at the end of March and the Discus you ordered then will grow with proper feeding and tank conditions. It has only been 8 weeks since you received them and we ask that you give them time and care to fully mature. On your second order of Discus, if there was a bulging eye in the bunch we would be happy to work with you on that as we would any customer not pleased with the fish they received. You need only send us a photo to [email protected] and we can work with you on rectifying the problem with a follow-up call or email. We ask that you consider giving us that opportunity. Thank you for your feedback and we hope you will continue to work with us.

Response from The iFISH StoreJun 4, 2019
Hello Hasaan; It looks as though you were not happy with your African Cichlids and we'd like to get a bit more input from you as to why so we can address the problem. If you would, we'd love to hear more detail from you either here or if you wish you can email us at [email protected]. We take all of our feedback quite seriously and if a customer is less than pleased with their fish we'd like to know the reason so we can work to improve our operation. Thank you!

I bought four discus fish on sale. They arrived in good heath and are doing amazing well. Only thing is, I wish I had gone ahead and ordered one more and gotten the sixth fish for free. I wish I could post a picture of my fish....

Easy transaction. Fish arrived in perfect shape and as described. Will definitely purchase again. Got 6 4 inch discus. I live in California. I followed the online tracking and they left New York at 4:30 PM Thursday and arrived at my door Friday morning at 10 AM.

These fish are the prettiest I've gotten since I started ordering from here. Was afraid because they got delayed at the airport so it took 48hrs to get them but they made it!
