The fish where fine
The fish where fine, but scared when they arrived. The UPS driver spinning the box around did not help. The are doing great and like their new home.

Hello John; Thanks for your feedback. We’re very happy to hear the fish are acclimating nicely. However, it never ceases to amaze us that even though we go through great efforts to safely pack our fish and label the boxes indicating that there are Live Animals inside that some carriers don’t handle the box accordingly. It’s a good thing these fish are quite hardy! Thank you for your order and we’re happy you are pleased with your fish.

I decided to change my tank over to…
I decided to change my tank over to discus fish i started looking on line for companies that sell on line. I found Ifish and started to research about them. The prices where fantastic so i decided to give them a try. I order 4 discus fish was very happy how they where shiped. Arrived right on time fish are very healthy will diffently will order more fish from them

I ordered twice first time was awesome…
I ordered twice first time was awesome quick shipment fish were good second time it took forever the fish showed up in bags full of poop and one of them died 2 days later

Hello Francis; Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on June 12th and you received it June 19th. It took a bit longer because we were out of the Royal Pleco you had ordered and contacted you to offer a Green Phantom Pleco that sells for more but we wanted to give you the same price as the Royal Pleco for your trouble. This extended the order delivery time a bit. We are sorry one of your fish perished 2 days following delivery and we’d like to offer you a credit on a future order or a refund. We’ll send you an email and you only need to reply to that to let us know which you’d prefer. Before packing our fish for shipment, they are quarantined and not fed to avoid any excrement during shipment. We also add methylene blue to the bag to prevent fungus. Excrement should really not be in the bag and we haven’t heard any reports of it until now. That doesn’t mean it can’t happen on occasion. We are thankful for your honest feedback and for your repeat business. We take all of our feedback seriously and hope you will take advantage of it credit/refund offer.
