Fish were all healthy.Packed perfectly and came with detailed instructions on how best to acclimate fish.I am very pleased and will continue to order from them

I bought 8 discus and I can't say how…
I bought 8 discus and I can't say how much they are thriving. I also bought two catfish but both perished within two days. :( Only a low score because the catfish died but discus are in good condition.

The fish where really small not worth…
The fish where really small not worth the money and the fish came really stressed and died.

Hello Nick; You had several ordered African Cichlids, Catfish and Plecos. It’s very alarming to us that ALL of the fish (multiple species) died in such a short period of time. Many fish can be stressed after shipment but pick up within 24 hours after proper acclimation. We really don’t like the outcome here as much as you do and would like more detail on what you observed in the first 24 hours after receiving the fish in addition to tank conditions and tankmates. Order 12 rummy nose tetra and 6 2"…
Order 12 rummy nose tetra and 6 2" discus, All fish come on time, no death, and all seem healthy after 24 hour. However the rummy Nose had ICH, and now my whole tank is in quarantine.

Hello Chuong, Thank you for your feedback. We do a thorough inspection of our fish before we ship and hadn’t spotted any signs of ick. However, ick can stay hidden and emerge after stress. Can you contact us and tell us a bit more on what the runny nose appearance was upon arrival and also, did just one appear to have ick? We genuinely like to follow up in these situations and ensure the final outcome is a good one. Way above their competition!!!!
We were about to give up on having a discus tank until we came to the iFISH Store. Our local stores don’t carry just a couple at most. They put them in a tank getting beat up by more aggressive fish. Online retailers show fantastic pictures, then the discus you get are nothing like the picture. I know juveniles are different than adult pics but they all grew up to be some sort of the same hybrid. Some have barbaric proof of death policy’s. Some have crazy acclimation rules to get out of why their fish died in a day. Some have sickly fish that die in two weeks and makes you nervous to put in the main tank. We about quit discus. The iFISH Store was our last try. The fish here have not only been healthy, but they come to the front of the tank rather than stay wedged in the back corner. Their colors are fantastic! We actually got what we bought, wow. I really like their quarantine policy prior to shipping. They came packed super well and overnight delivery once they went to UPS. Fantastic communication on order status and delivery. We will order all our discuss from here from now on.
