Excellent service and delivery! Fish are healthy and striving! I will buy from them again. They delivery was the only concern and I know the iFish store didn’t deliver it. The problem was that the UPS person left the box clearly labeled “live animal” on the porch without ringing the doorbell. Thank God for Ring Doorbell. I called my wife to go to the door to bring the fish inside. Otherwise they might have died from being outside.

Just received my Discus and they arrived on time and all are thriving, I want to thank Frank for his great customer service. I live in Utah and saw that my two Discus I ordered were coming from New York as we were having bad storm weather with very low temperatures. When they arrived at my house and as I opened up the package I was expecting to see fish ice cubes in the box. Too my surprise there were two live and healthy fish. I’m highly impressed in the prices, and fish. I will be ordering again in the future.
