So far, so good. Frank at the iFish store helped resolve an issue with the shipper (UPS) so that they showed up to my house within an hour of being notified of the issue - which was ENTIRELY the fault of UPS. All of the fish (12 discus) arrived as expected - alive, in a secure, insulated container, along with instructions to help acclimate the fish to their new home. Although I followed the instructions, a couple of the fish seemed to be in a shocked state. Frank gave me some additional tips, and as a result, only one didn't make it to the next day, and the rest are looking good. Happy I took a chance on them!

I can’t say enough about this company so everyone would understand they are a standout amongst other online seller’s of freshwater fish, especially their Discus! I ordered 10 of the Blue Diamond Discus and they gave me 2 for ordering this many! Now their amazing prices, deals for free fish, and the absolute quality of their live, freshwater fish are unparalleled with any other online seller! I was hesitant to even order a Discus online, however, I knew this was the only way I could get them as none of our local pet shops carry them anymore! I can attest to the fact I worried for nothing when I found, researched, and ordered from this company! All 12 of my Blue Diamond Discus arrived the same day, very well packaged for our weather, and each fish was in its own bag! There was absolutely no waste or other contaminants in any of the bags! My babies were actually a bit larger than I a expected, and not one of them showed any distress or signs of illness! Mind you, it has been a few weeks since I ordered my guys and gals and I have not lost one fish! I was, and still am, amazed at the bright eyed, gorgeous, Discus I received at an amazing price! I will warn you—be very careful when ordering your live fish online, as I have heard some horrific issues with other companies! Problems such as never receiving fish, receiving fish packaged poorly, sick fish, smaller than advertised, and, the most heinous, customers receiving their fish only to find them all dead! With iFish you have absolutely no need to worry! The fish you receive will be healthy and have the stamina to stay strong and beautiful while you introduce them to their new environment in your home or office aquarium! I just adore mine and every time I enter the room they are in, they come and greet me happily for their feedings! Don’t waste your time with any of the other online sellers, instead, feel confident and comfortable knowing you’re getting great fish at great prices! I know this review sounds more like an advertisement, however, it is not and I just had to let as many Discus fish enthusiasts know about the amazing experience I had with this company! I will purchase from them again without any hesitation!

Great Selection The iFISH Store has a nice selection of tropical fish. My interest is in Africans cichlids I actually purchased every African they had they arrived healthy ready for there new home. I would recommend iFISH you everyone.

Everything was great from start to finish. Great follow through. All of the fish arrived alive and on time.

The fish we received are amazing. Their colors are beautiful and their just simply cool fish. They adapted pretty well to their new community. Were heading into week two and they are still doing great. I love that I knew how they were coming and they gave us step by step directions to make their acclimation stress free. Thanks we appreciate you.
