80% of the fish were eating the same…
80% of the fish were eating the same day and the other 20% came around in a few days. The colors are vibrant and they are very active.

I have bought fish in the past from…
I have bought fish in the past from iFish, the fish came and were healthy. This past purchase wasn't as good. One fish died within 2 hours and the other 2 look very similar to each other.

Hello Tony; We are sorry one of your Discus perished. We have a Live Arrival Guarantee and would certainly offer a credit on a future purchase or a refund. Since we're unsure which of the Discus perished, we can't comment on which of the 2 remaining Discus (of the 3 you purchased) that you are saying look very similar. The only thing we can say is that they are juvenile Discus and their distinctive colors and markings are not yet fully formed causing some strains to look similar as juveniles. However, we'd really prefer to know which 2 you are referring to in order to comment any further. Please be on the lookout for an email from us asking that you respond to the email identifying which of the Discus perished and whether you would prefer a credit or refund on the perished Discus. This will give us an opportunity to respond to the Discus you believe look similar. We appreciate your feedback and hope you take us up on our offer by responding to our email. Thank you!

The smallest order, when packed correctly to ensure the safety and health of the fish during transit weighs in at 6-7 pounds and shipping it Next day Air typically costs us more than we are actually charging. We think our shipping price is very competitive with other online sellers. We hope that gives you a bit of background on our price structure. I didnt't expect that all of my needs to buy for my pet fish is here 😊 . I'm so amaze.I'm so happy and excited to receive my order neon tetra bulk. Can you imagine they even have discount almost 20% . Nowadays it's hard to buy things with discounts during the pandemic.
