Packing was excellent. The most important of all the fish are very healthy. Before purchasing from the Ifish store I researched a number of sites along with visiting Lfs. This is my second purchase in a short amount of time. Sale prices are unmatched. Again most importantly all fish very healthy looking. Very satisfied with my new additions. Thanks!!

Fish are beautiful and doing great!! I ordered African Cichlids. Only one fish and one crayfish perished during shipping, but that's bc UPS delayed my overnight shipping to 3 days! The iFish store reimbursed me for the fish. Great store

Ups was late with the next day service so 12 discus and a clown pleco got to live in bags for 53 hours. Thanks to a good packing job everything survived and after a week we still have 100% survival and all are eating.

My package was delayed so I called the owner to see what I should do . He was very nice and tried to be helpful . I ordered 12 peacock cichlids and after 36 + hours in a box they still arrived healthy . All 12 . Would definitely order from them again

Long waiting time.No updates.I have to asked twice. They Told me that they will send additional fish for the delay but there's no additional fish came in the bag.

Hello Pasakorn; We're sorry the delivery time was longer than expected. We have been steadily catching up with our typical delivery time after navigating our way through business challenges during the COVID issues businesses are facing. We did promise you an additional fish because of the delay and we apologize for that oversight. We would like to include an additional fish on your next order. You purchased a nice selection of Discus and we hope they are doing well. Please be on the lookout for an email from us about the additional fish on your next order. Thank you for your feedback and your business.
