Giving Frank and Valerie a 5 star post because it's as high as it goes, I have made 2 discus orders with them, lost 2 on the first order and Frank said that he would replace them with my next order, 2nd order was placed and received the 2 from the first order along with the 2nd order and only lost 1 on it but no big deal. The iFISH Store has been excellent on my orders of discus, better than expected and as described, they were packed and shipped with great care, and I for one am very greatful that this company puts as much into their customers as they do their fish. My kids and I have recently gotten back into aquariums and so we have spent countless hours searching for the right fish from the right place and have been disappointed so much of the time. Out of frustration I found myself online searching to see what was out there and I stumbled across the ifishstore. I found absolutely the most beautiful fish at a very reasonable price and placed an order. When my children saw what I had found they wanted to order as well. I contacted Valerie and she was very easy to work with and made the adjustments to my order. Our fish arrived in fantastic condition and are doing absolutely awesome..
