The customer service is fantastic! Valerie and Frank typically respond to questions the same day, and want to make sure that you have a good experience...especially if this is the first time ordering fish on-line. This is my first Discus tank and my first time ordering on-line so I had a lot of questions :) The fish were colorful and healthy. Their prices are also fantastic. FedEx did take longer than expected on my first order and unfortunately, one of the fish did not make it. They quickly offered a refund or credit...I took the credit and ordered 6 more and 6 cichlids (separate tanks of course). They are all healthy and thriving! I did make sure to contact FedEx (based Frank's suggestion) to ensure that they delivered that morning so as not to be on the truck all day or to pick up that morning from the FedEx location (if you can). Thank you all so much...will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered a few months ago ended up loosing all fish in my tank due to ike. Ordered and received my fish Tuesday since receiving and letting the fish into the tank the fish never swam and just sit there. Almost all of the 9 fish have died and it hasn't even been e days. They never ate any food since going into the tank. Arrived cold. Took my water had it tested everything was good. Contacted ifish was told it was something in my.tank however these fish have never been normal.

I've waited to write this for a few reasons, and I don't usually come back to sites to do so. My fish keeping experience I would say is advanced/expert as I have had tanks in various combos for over 25 years, and never experienced what happened with my purchased fish.... I purchased 6 discus - right off the bat, the shipment was delayed, or at least that's what I thought. My shipping label was entered into UPS on a Monday afternoon (giving me the assumption that my box had shipped). It had not. So they either ran my UPS label a day before, or my fish sat bagged and boxed overnight without being picked up. 20 years of dealing with UPS as a shipper moving between 400-600 boxes a day tells me that they were bagged, boxed, and sat overnight until UPS picked them up the next day. Fish arrived Wednesday. 2 of them were not the correct fish. I shrugged it off and began introduction to a new, completely cycled tank, so not QT was required. For the first 2 weeks, they seemed fine. After 6 weeks, 4 of them appeared stunted, as there was no growth. Or if there was, it was minimal. Into week 8, they started dropping off. 1 fish about every 10 days. I currently do not have any of them left, and I'm not too stoked about it. Water parameters were correct, and I do 2 water changes of about 40-50% a week. Getting the wrong fish - ok, someone made a mistake. Stunted? No excuse except for bad stock. Dropping like flies every 8-10 days? I'm at a loss on that one...never seen it happen in my entire fish keeping life. They all apparently had something wrong with them. After biting the bullet I've purchased a few mixed from a shop about 70 miles from my house. All are fine and doing well with zero change to the tank, media, etc. I'll have to say that I won't be purchasing more discus from this site.

I recently purchased 6 discus from them. Like any place you order from you are kinda nervous if it’s your first time. After the fish was quarantined they sent the fish out. The fish once received was stressed out. It’s not there fault though. The carrier was supposed to have them by 9am they didn’t arrive until 5pm. I got the fish acclimated and put in their new home. Not one fish has died and all are doing good. I will buy from them and highly recommend the company.

This is my third time buying from iFish and I couldn't be more pleased!! The colors come out amazing! The fish are healthy and strong. When I set up my other 125 gallon they will be getting all of my business ❣ Thank you guys for everything!!

I ordered three discus fish from this site. I thought it was a great price so why not give it a shot. Once after fish arrived I followed directions to a T. All three fish died. I contacted the company to see if they would refund the fish since they died right after receiving them but they will not replace or refund me. I would not recommend buying these fish because they looks sick from the get go and they won’t fix what has been wronged.
