The iFISH StoreReviews of theifishstore.com

I order these for my daughter. Ordering was simple, and the fish arrived on time with zero issues. My daughter followed the instructions to a tee for acclimation, and her cichlids are thriving in their new home. Thanks again!!

I ordered my first ever discus from here and I’m very satisfied! I ordered the 10 discus variety pack and the price is an absolute steal! Mine took about 8 days to get to my house and 7 of them were processing days and it only took one real day of shipping. The fish arrived alive, well, and surprisingly very colorful. The fish were packed excellent in a styrofoam box with a heating pad. I followed their step by step acclimating process and once they were in it took less than a day for them to start eating and being social!

Great seamless process from ordering to delivery. I ordered some of the healthiest African cichlids I've ever seen. I recently had to cancel and order due to a tank malfunction, and iFish customer service handled it smoothly. I will definitely continue to patronize.

I have otder Discus zfish from them and have excellent servive and advise Yes I had a couple fish that didn't make it but no fault with the store. The fish arrived late and were cold from riding in the delivery vehicle and the way the driver handle the package made me stressed out. I call Mike and explained to him and told him the situation and he will replace the fish that died with no hassle. I will buy from him again. Thank Mike and staff at Ifish Store. Bud

This was my first time buying from iFish Store. I usually use a different company mainly because of the shipping distance was a state a way. I will have to say iFish exceeded expectations. The problems I have been running into is finding full male adult African Cichlids Peacocks. They had several to choose from so I gave them a chance. I bought a 4" red peacock, however they sent me a 3". They acknowledge this before making this shipment and threw in another 3" red peacock for free! This alone will be the reason why I will use them here on out. Also the shipment arrived way earlier than anticipated (4 days) to point where I wasn't able to clean the tank before arrival like I wanted. Which I thought I had plenty time to do but was my fault not theirs. Lastly is that I was blown away of the color and size of some of these Peacocks I bought. After sedation and being in a bag for a day, they still looked amazing on arrival! I highly suggest using this company.

I will shop here again and recommend to my friend too. I ordered a few Discus and 3 didn’t make it, I contacted The iFish store and I followed the return policy. They replaced for me also I ordered few more so I got all on one package. Customer service is amazing. She answered all my questions friendly. Replaced It With No Hassle! All of my Discus are doing great and I’ll order more when I getting bigger tank. I Am Satisfied. Thanks Pari

Great store for cichlids. Very fast and professional. Order was correct and came on time. Each fish was individually bagged in three different bags and no leaking. Also came in temperature and the water was remarkably clean! Wish I had a bigger tank and would have bought more. Highly recommend this fish shop .

These people have gone above and beyond dealing with me and the shipping issue we have had. Understanding and caring both of the customer and the fish they sell. Caint recommend them enough @
