We will be placing another order
We were so excited to receive our fish and love the processes in place prior to shipping. Unfortunately my fish expired in transit. They were packaged correctly and shipped without any damage. However, due to the weather conditions between their location in New York and my home here in Alabama, winter is not the best time to order. They responded very quickly and resolved everything, no issues what so ever. We are planning to wait until the weather is somewhat similar to place another order.

Hello Allen; If you are comfortable opening up communication again on this we would certainly like to hear more about the acclimation of the Discus, tank parameters, feeding and tank mates so we can look further into this. On the size and muted color, this is very typical for juvenile Discus. However, we are concerned that one died the following day and the other is not eating. Please consider contacting us at [email protected] and providing us with the info mentioned above. If you have any photos of the fish you can share with us, that would also be helpful. All in all the purchase was good.
All in all the purchase was good. Two fish arrived dead due to packaging failure. Bags had leaked air and water trapping fish out of the water. The fedex shipping they use is not a good service. Package was left at the wrong house on a deck in the snow. The fish that survived are very healthy and beautiful. They are happy and a great addition to my tank.

Hello Michele; Thanks for your feedback! We're happy to hear that the other fish are doing well and the refund for the two fish that perished during shipment rectified the situation for you. We're na bit dismayed about FedEx leaving the box at the wrong house and will look into this specific incident further with our carrier. We also have taken a closer look at our packaging procedure so we can avoid the occasional bag leak. Your input has been very helpful and we appreciate your honesty. Very satisfied customer
I received my first three discus fish December 1st. They arrived safely with a hand warmer in the box to protect them from the cold. They are healthy and have grown like weeds. I have purchased and received another three in February they were also properly packed and look healthy. I would recommend iFish Store to anyone.
