You get what you order
I was a little worried about ordering during the winter months, but I was very impressed with the fish I ordered. All arrived alive, and the colors were very vibrant-just like the pictures show. None of them we smaller than 2 inches and none were sickly. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

WE LOVE OUR FISH THEY ARE SO PRETTY IN THEIR NEW HOME! THEY ARRIVED SAFE TO OUR HOME PACKAGED UP VERY NICE . AND WITH FULL INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO CARE FOR THEM .AS THEY HAD A GOOD AMOUNT OF TRAVELING OVER NIGHT . THE ALL WERE HEALTHY AND STILL ARE ! VERY HAPPY WITH iFISH FOR SURE 5 STARS FOR SURE !!!!

This was the second time I've ordered…
This was the second time I've ordered from iFish. I received my fish within a week of my order. The fish were packaged well and all fish arrived here alive and healthy. I recommend iFish to all my fish loving community.

Would have given 5 stars but didn't get…
Would have given 5 stars but didn't get email with shipping info till I called. It takes them a week to process order and prepare fish. The fish as are great and so are the prices. Will definitely order from them again

Hi Michael; We're glad to hear you were happy with your fish. On the Order Confirmation and Shipping Notification emails, they are automatically sent out by our Shopify platform and then logged into your purchase record in our system. In looking back at that record, we noticed we had to resend the Order Confirmation email out four times because you apparently were not receiving them. We assume the same happened with the Shipment Notification email. We know that some email service providers outside of the standard yahoo and gmail addresses sometimes have firewalls up to protect from SPAM and do not allow our Shopify notifications through the firewall. Or they may come through but end up in a SPAM folder. Given your email extension, we think this was the problem. In checking into this with Shopify when we first discovered this issue years ago, they said that the recipient needed to contact their email service provider and have our emails white listed so they will be delivered to your inbox with no problem. If you do see that they made it into your SPAM folder, that's something you can fix on your end right in the setup for your mail. Long story short, we can not fix the problem on our end. We apologize for this inconvenience and in the future will try to use an alternative method to reach out to you concerning updates on your order. We'd like to thank you for your business and your feedback!
