Their money back guarantee is a lie, even when I send them screen shots of their own policy they said it was a promotion and doesn't apply....well it says nothing about that on their own website. 2 stars because they did give me some money back, but the customer service is def AI. Also the scents are not great at all, only 1 of the 3 is tolerable and it doesn't last nearly as long as they say. Avoid the hassle and garbage product

Although the bottle and box are understated, it is the fragrance which matters and HOK exceeds expectations IMO! I’ve been wearing Sauvage and Bleu for a few years now and wanting to try some other popular scents but at a more affordable price I found HOK. Do yourself a favor and try a few popular fragrances. Even my 12 year old son was impressed with “pops” new cologne!

My order went to my old address even though I sent the correct one within minutes of ordering, and their AI support said it had updated it. After I escalated, Ryan from HOK support apologized, owned the mistake and shipped a free replacement to the right address right away. I appreciate a company that fixes things when they go wrong. My one suggestion is to make sure address changes from support actually reach the order.

They went out of their way to ensure i received my order, and also responded quickly to my email. The sent smells good to for a few hours ☺️ I feel better about spending the money I did here compared to a name brand, however im sure name brands are good. For an everyday Joe that just wants to smell good. Its a great buy

I ordered twice… because the first arrived intact.. great smell from the colognes… I was reading horror stories online… but! I’m very pleased… so far! First order took 10 days… second about 4.

Be careful! They are known for using a predatory checkout practice known as “dark pattern” to auto enroll customers. This is your warning. You made a simple order and you won’t realize what happens until they take money out of your bank account. It also took about four weeks to receive my order. Excuse me, my last order. The smell was gone by noon after spraying at 8:00 in the morning.
