First off the two I got smell exactly like they supposed to, that’s wild. Wore one an picked up my homegirl an that’s the first thing she says is that I smell so good. Ok now secondly, I placed my order an I typed my email address wrong so I never got a confirmation or an order number. I reached out through there customer service an after a few email exchanges they were able to locate my order through my name and address. They gave me a tracking number and two days later it was delivered. I will definitely order from them again. Great product and excellent customer service.

So far so good, I bought the sents without the extra oil and they last the 4 hours like promised and they all smell great. So I reordered more with the extra oil so I guess we will see how that goes

Excellent customer service and responsiveness! The 2 of the 3 colognes were all great, and lasted pretty long. The third scent I didn't like and it faded very fast, but HOK customer service was immediately helpful in resolving that. Highly recommended company, based in USA.

I have nothing but positive feedback for this company products and service. I love the colognes for a great price and they smell fantastic. Why someone would pay designer prices when you can get the same aromas for a fraction of the cost plus wonderful customer service on top of it all is a win win. 💯✅

Everything was great. Especially the product. The only thing I would change would be the length of shipping time. Otherwise great job, great product, decent prices.

I literally emailed them and explained I didn't like one of the many I received and they first offered a 50% refund which was fair. Then I received an email that said "Instead of the 50% just pick another bottle of my choice and keep the one I don't like which I could always give away. Just because I don't like it means nothing. That is very good customer service. Any negative reviews are from either people expecting a $35 clone to match a $350 bottle, which they do come close, or people who complain with Vinegar instead of Honey. 100% recommend, fast shipping and all but one fragrance has matched the profile described.

The bottles I ordered, Crimson and A&A, arrived quickly and adding the extra concentrate is a game changer (scent lasts from morning until I get back home in the evening). However, I found myself disliking the A&A after a few tries so reached out to Customer Service to return it. Got some initial pushback, but then was offered a free sample after a brief exchange with Steven. Great products+awesome customer service= Happy Clients!

Awesome scents I love em' and would definitely buy more from this company, I got 2 Crimson 540 and Aero Blue and I was pretty amazed, luv it. Customer service Steven was super nice removing the subscription aspect for a 1 time buy. Highly recommended.
