Fragrance smells great. Not sure if it smells exactly like the real one cause I’ve never smelled the real one. Removed a star because it doesn’t last as long as promised and I paid extra for that. Cancelled my membership and not sure if I will order again.

Initially very disappointed by the customer service but then they reached out and offered a free sample so willing to give them another try. Will update this review again based on my new sample.

I ordered 4 bottles and only received 2, but customer service was quick to fix it and the scents smell amazing. I've only been wearing it for 2 days and I've gotten 5 compliments on it already🤯

Good support team.

My order went to my old address even though I sent the correct one within minutes of ordering, and their AI support said it had updated it. After I escalated, Ryan from HOK support apologized, owned the mistake and shipped a free replacement to the right address right away. I appreciate a company that fixes things when they go wrong. My one suggestion is to make sure address changes from support actually reach the order.

Very decent perfume, especially for the price point. Customer service was clear, friendly, respectful, and informative.

The customer service is great I’ve bought a 3pack perfume combo unfortunately I made a mistake while choosing my perfume the costumer support was helpful in sorting that order out for me and I’m liking the perfumes so far, especially “visionary” it really smells good and lasts longer highly recommend it.
