If you are ever scammed always contact the BBB better business bureau...they tried to pull that force member ship scam on me well I contacted the BBB..I would advise everyone who had a bad experience to do the same.

Their money back guarantee is a lie, even when I send them screen shots of their own policy they said it was a promotion and doesn't apply....well it says nothing about that on their own website. 2 stars because they did give me some money back, but the customer service is def AI. Also the scents are not great at all, only 1 of the 3 is tolerable and it doesn't last nearly as long as they say. Avoid the hassle and garbage product

HOK AI will respond very quickly but however when ever I was told that a team member would be in touch they never are, it's been 4 days to resolve a simple issue, my products were not to my liking and no solution was provided which would have been satisfactory, so all those people who got their issues solved by a member and not an AI I would say Lucky you.. but for myself I don't think il be a returning customer.. shame I had lots of ppl who would have tried the products.

I received a product that needed to be returned. The company has agreed to replace the product at no additional cost.

They force you into a subscription which they say is free on the invoice then bill you $4.14 in a seperate transaction, It is very frustrating to cancel, Came here to make people aware of this before purchasing The subscription also sets up an automatic monthly reorder. Absolute snakes

bought a product through a Facebook special offer and was automatically enrolled in a monthly "HOK+ Fragrance Club" membership without my clear consent. It is incredibly deceptive to bury a $2.95 recurring charge inside a one-time purchase. Customer service refuses to handle the cancellation directly and forces you to jump through hoops via an external portal link. Keep a close eye on your statements if you buy from them. Completely unacceptable business practices.

Don’t believe reviews on website or the return policy of only 1% initiated. Terrible scents. Smell like cheap soap. Then they refuse to refund stating “personal preference is not a valid return reason”. Finally agreed to 50% refund just to end the torture and get something. Both bottles webt in trash. Beware! Awful.
