It's kinda a 50/50 I bought cologne bottles came in broken, i mean they smelled like they were supposed to but they did come in broken and unusable but that's on me for trusting AI fragrance ads. I was like damn i just wasted 60 bucks but whatever that's on me. I get an email TWO MONTHS later saying they charged me another 30 dollars for membership that DIDNT exist when i bought it in august. The good part is customer service reply was crazy good. got a email back in like 5 minutes and fixed my problem in 2. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO WORK ON SHIPPING AND AUTO ENROLLMENT i mean if you expect a 30 guarantee on a AI colonge ad it's natural selection at that point

The fragrances i got weren't up to expectations unfortunately, I paid extra for the extraits on them but found the longevity wasn't great, I contacted them and the customer service was very good. They offered me a fragrance of my choice or a partial refund.

Customer service with HOK was excellent: quick, responsive and helpful when I raised my concerns. The perfumes themselves were decent at best, though. The scents were fine, but longevity fell well short of how they're described on the website, fading much sooner than advertised. HOK has offered replacement bottles, which I'm waiting on now. If they perform better, I'll happily update this review. For now, 3 stars: full marks for support, but the product hasn't lived up to it yet.

Was very excited to try HOK because reviews were good. The 2 scents I chose didn't work for me. I couldn't distinguish between the scents. Contacted customer service and within a short time, they offered to replace my order. Hoping for a better experience with the next bottle.

UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW: The products continue to be fantastic. But it turns out a lot of the blame for the problems I was having should be transferred away from the company itself and onto the shippers they use. The shippers were posting that my product was delivered 3 weeks ago. HOK was just depending on and relaying that information to me. The shippers were wrong. My 2nd full Order of 4 bottles arrived today. I asked HOK for the remaining 2 bottles from the first order to be sent to me. They asked me to change and update my first review before they will send out the remaining partial shipment. So I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3 as of now and will update and change the review and amount of stars again once I have received the final 2 bottles. Old review: First let me start by saying none of the problems( and they have been numerous) that I have experienced are with the products themselves. The products when they have arrived are excellent. But customer service has been almost useless and delivery problems never ending. In a nutshell: 1. Orders have never arrived or only partial orders have arrived. 2 payments have been charged that were not authorized because of automatic memberships that I did not authorize. 3. Refunds haven’t been provided because of an unstated 3 day return policy. But when a shipment is not delivered… how is the customer supposed to know when the 3 day period starts. 4 I gave photographic proof of a partial delivery but no refund was given. 5. I was offered a 2 bottle reshipment but not for the exact same product I ordered 6. No offer was made to replace a full shipment of 4 more bottles I ordered and were supposedly delivered but never were. 7 there is no visible way to cancel the automatic membership I was signed up for. Only ways to delay shipment. 8 every interaction with customer service begins with: WE UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION… but they still would not resend orders even with photographic proof that only 1 bottle was sent and not the complete order ( the weight stated on the package only showed 1 bottle.) 9. I was promised that they will resend 2 of the 6 bottles again… but not replace or refund the missing items. As I stated originally…great A+ products… if they arrive. Horrible horrible horrible customer service … and watch out for the AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP sign up. Good luck trying to cancel it… it took me 6 emails to finally get mine canceled. Ps I was told by the company that I needed to write this review and provide a copy of it to the company to get a partial replacement of my order.

They smell really good, and I’m genuinely impressed with the scent itself. Unfortunately, the performance is very disappointing. I paid extra for the higher perfume concentration, but I wouldn’t say the fragrance lasts anywhere near the advertised 12 hours - on me, it’s closer to 2 hours at most. My bottles also came in the ‘Klone’ branding. I’ve used other dupe fragrance brands, such as Aramic in the UK, where the scent lasts significantly longer. It’s a shame because I really like how these smell, but for the price and the extra charge for stronger concentration, I expected much better longevity. One thing worth mentioning is that my bottles arrived with the old “Klone” branding rather than the newer “HOK” branding. I’m not sure whether this means I received older stock or whether that has any impact on the performance, but it could potentially explain the difference.
