I purchased a 3 pack of colognes because I wanted to try the promo with the new name. Received my scents and unfortunately one was wrong entirely and the other smelled just of rubbing alcohol. I quickly sent a message to them and their customer support was spectacular with me. Offered a clear solution and sent me the correct scent as well as a replacement for the one that smelled like rubbing alcohol. My 5 stars is mostly for the customer service but so far I don’t hate this company for doing the right thing. I will say there is fine print that you’re signing up for a subscription, that isn’t very clear so please verify before you buy. Update: I was issued a replacement and everything was good, out of nowhere they cancel the replacement. Waiting for further update, I just told them at this point send me a refund.

Customer service was excellent, no issues there. The business concept is good, i received my order fast and it was accurate. My issue was with the product quality, the scents were not good. All 3 bottles i purchased had a strong imitation scent smell but this was my fault, i should have expected this for the price. This purchase was also a monthly subscription that i was not aware of until i emailed support for a refund. I would not recommend this product personally but my preference in scents are different than others so some people might enjoy it. Hope this helps.

Customer service was incredibly fast. I had placed an order to the wrong address and so I emailed them right away. At first the automated reply told me that they would get back to me between 24-48 hours but suddenly someone had helped me fixed my issue in less than an hour. Great customer service. Yet to try the product.
